OMC 2.3 Ford, what should my cylinder compression be?

I looked in my shop manual and the owners manual but I'm not seeing it. I think I read here that 120 is ideal, right?

I'm waiting on a friend to bring a swivel joint do I can get the plugs out of #3 and #4, but so far #1 and #2 are both pushing 180 psi (cold motor).
