Old Threads

[gonefishie]

I was looking thru the resto forum and saw someone mentioned oop's hull extension thread and it reminded me of some of the old long running threads. Did a search, found out some of the best ever are gone and some still exist. How does the admin staff decide which one die and which stays alive?

The ones that violate the rules get either locked or deleted, depends on the content.
Trust me, we (the moderators) are not going to discuss each and every post individually, about why it was deleted and/or locked.

Re: Old Threads

At least once while changing software many hundreds of posts were simply lost.

Many other threads have been deleted because of vandalistic posts and other uproar.

If you have had a thread deleted or locked you are welcome to seek reasons by PM or "contact us". Do not start a thread about it. If it was not your thread then reasons will not be given.
