Old Evinrude 5hp. What yrear?

Hello folks.
I picked up an old Evinrude 5hp (I think) yesterday at a garage sale for 10 bucks. The serial number is 3012-44798. Is it a 5hp and what year was it made? Thanks for your help.

Model 3012 is a 3HP sometime in the 1952-54 time range.

If it's a two cylinder, could be a Lightwin...very nice little motor.
