Oil injector probelm

I have a 1993 90 HP Mercury with oil injection. Replaced 5/16" clear oil line which goes from pump to gas line. Bleed systembut not pumping oil. Help!

How do you know it's not pumping oil? How did you bleed the system?

You can verify the pump by hooking motor to an aux tank of 50:1, disconnect clear hose from fuel pump, disconnect link rod and turn oil regulator full wide open. Then start the engine on muffs or in water. Does any oil pump out? My book says you should get 18.7 cc idling for 15 minutes.

See only about 1/2" of oil in clear tube coming from pump but not coming up from pump to gas line. Opened up screw from top of pump and bleed.

You are supposed to bleed till the clear hose is full of oil with no air bubbles. Maybe the hose from the oil tank is clogged?
