I have a Evinrude 50HP and there is oil coming from inside the lower unit while running. Checked lower unit oil and it came out clear with no signs of water. Where could oil be coming from?

"checked the lower unit oil"? does it have plenty of oil, did you have to add any? no.. well thats not where its coming from...
im not sure what do you mean by oil is comong from inside the lower unit while runing either.... you need to specify give us a little bit more details.. possible a picture...
