NS50C Leaking fluid from gear case

I have a Nissan NS50C that leaks fluid from the hole on the bottom of gear case opposite side of the drain filler plug, any help??:

That is the motor cavity drain hole. It allows the water and the black unburned fuel/oil to drain out. If you have gear oil coming out then you have a bad shift rod seal or a bad drive shaft seal.

Thanx Tohatsu Guru, any advice to get the lower unit off, or is it as easy as a Johnson?lol

Yank the bolts and drive the pin out of the coupler.
