Nov 1 - A good day for skiing

I skipped out of work early to meet some buddies at the lake.
Outstanding water. Flat. Glass. No waves.

52 water temp. 57 air. Not bad for this time of year in MN.

Sounds like the perfect day to leave early and 57 degrees in November seems almost balmy. How did it feel getting in the water? Please tell me you did not wear a dry suit!

Was in the high 60's down in norther indiana.
I could not find a driver to go.

Drysuits and neoprene beanie. We were toasty.
Got out again this evening with air about 50. Water doesn't get any flatter.

Next week looking like 30s and 40s. We may be done.
