Hi I just took out the merc that was stored 20 years and there is no spark. Is there a battery neccessary? It is electronic ignition and I wonder if it needs outside power source? If not any suggestion would be appreciated. I'm going to have to buy a manual since the old one is lost.(i guess since it's not here)
