I’m working on a 2000 Johnson 90hp. The engine is not responding on port side. I’ve check compression on all 4 cylinders 130 on all. Good spark on all cylinders. When spraying starting fluid in the two nothing changes. You can put your hand over the carbs nothing change. The other two responds too staring fluid and choking it out. Any idea what i should be looking for thanks

Check wires from powerpack to the coils.------Orange / blue stripe is usually for the upper cylinder.

You say Good Spark? Good enough to jump a 3/8" gap?
I am going to assume this Engine is a Looper, though there is still a chance it is a Crossflow.

If she won't fire on starting fluid, you do not have any spark. Maybe the spark is weak enough that it cannot jump the gap under compression.

A 2000 model would be a 60 Degree looper.----And 1998 was last year for the simple crossflow style.
