I have a 95 Johnson 130 have changed the fuel pump, the bulp, fuel line to and from the bulp, and the fuel filter. Can keep the motor running if I keep sqeezing the bulp otherwize it will starve and quit after about a minute of idleing, quicker at higher RPM. Any advice??

Did you put an OMS pump back on? Did you change or inspect the pulse limiter?

Yes I did replace with an OMC pump and did change the pulse limiter.

Was the pump an OMS pump or a pump that does not inject oil?

Re: No Fuel Pressure 95 Johnson 130

i have same problem with my 96 johnson 130. we've checked (as best we can) the fuel line, fuel filter, bulb etc...

it will sometimes run fine at low rpm but when pulling a skier it requires continuous pumping of the bulb. you constantly pump and it is (slightly firm, slightly firm, weak, and repeats).

Also, my voltmeter indicates that i'm just under 12volts and doesn't seem like the altinator is working. Could the fuel pump problem be a result of not enouch eletric "juice"? (it is an electric pump right?)

The OMS pump is strictly mechanical with a warning/alarm system involving some electronics.
