If you look at the top of the screen, next to the marine store tab, you'll see two more tabs, "New Boats", and "Boat Classifieds". That's where you may list the boat on iboats.

Selling on the forums is not allowed, check the forum rules. There is a section in the Boat classifieds for posting a classified.
