Crazy last 5 minutes! Pens win 3-2. Well, we see what can happen this series. If Pens control the game, they got it. If Sharks control and are able to play their game, they can win. Could be a very interesting series.

Pens lead series 1-0. A good start for the Cup. A dead 2nd period, 1st and 3rd were better.

Aggressive Pens have won every game in the playoffs. When they lay back, they lose. They can't have any periods like the 2nd.

Agree totally. I will give it to the Sharks for taking control and changing lines and mixing things up to do what they needed to do to get back into the game. The end of the second the Pens were starting to even the play and the 3rd was mostly Pens. I thought they were going to get the empty net short-handed goal towards the end, but that didn't happen.

Goaltending - Sharks had the slight advantage
Defense - Sharks had a slight advantage
Offense - mostly Pens (41 shots to 26 shots) except for first half of the second period

They made a few empty net shots, but all wide.

They gotta keep up the pressure on Wednesday. Going to SJ 2 up would be nice.
