I used screws. Put some clamps on the edges anyway....you wouldn't believe how much more they pulled it together. So I'm thinking the screws didn't really work that well.

Transom replacement on that boat looks way to easy and you are doing a good job! Are you going onto the floor next or will you wait till after the season? I would be anxious to get on the water with it and with diamond plate on the floor already you could get by. Keep up with the posts.:D

She's coming along quite nicely. Floor's been out for some time now, but I kept the diamond plate for other projects. Was thinking of using it in the boat somehow, but see no use for it at the moment.
