I can't seem to get full power out of my 85, 85hp outboard, it only goes bout 10 mph. I figuered from the threads i read that i might have a fuel problem so i replaced my fuel pump diaphram, bought a new tank, new fuel lines, rebuilt the carbs replaced the needles and seats, floats. Put it in the water tonight and runs great at idle but as soon as i open the throttle all the way it acelerates only up to 10 mph. when i 1st started having probs it seemed like i would lose a cylinder for a moment then come back, lose it again, eventualy just bogged right out. i wonder if its an electrical problem? you guys have any ideas?? thks
