newbie question

I just got back from looking at a 1997 rinker 232 captiva, I noticed some bubbles or as some call it blisters on the hull, is this a concern I should stay away from or not. the gel coat is still intact over the blisters.

Blisters are a cosmetic problem only, not structural. If the looks of them don't bother you, use it to beat down the price of the boat ......
