My dad had a Winner Viscount in the early 80's, I thought they were made in Wales?

The molds get sold and moved and sometimes rebranded

Winner boats at one time used a fiberglass structure instead of wood stringers.

Replaced the wood transom on a Winner boat one time.-----Had fiberglass stringers in it.

Any wood used in transom and stringers ?

Yes we do use wood in the the transom and stringers. One major difference is that any wood is now completely glassed in. Not exposed like the boats of the past.
