just got this boat thinkin it would be a cool project ta bring back to life.....BUT i cant find anything on it. i cant even find the ser# tag.... can any help??

I don't know what Starcraft model you have there, but you got a rare Renault powered Mercruiser. One of the earliest Mercruisers.

do you know what the air/hyd lines are fore??

A PO somewhere in time did some shady repairs. The yellow line is fuel into the fuel pump. Not sure about the two other lines, but garden hose has no place in a boat for cooling.

The top two parts diagrams are for your motor, the 60 and 80 horsepower motors with the tilt crank. I had to use the Wayback Machine find this.

Maybe a 1965 Sportsman V, which came in outboard and IO models.

Yeah that has to be the early model Sportsmen but what I've never seen before and was stunned by was in this pic. The drive tilt!
