Just changed out the spring and equalizer on my tandem axle trailer. When I loaded the boat the equalizer was tilted really bad. I know the springs are the same size and pretty sure the equalier is also but I didn't measure it. I've attached a picture. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: new springs and equalizer problem

Can't tell from the picture what the issue is. BUT -- if the left wheel in the picture is sitting on a rise that is much higher than the wheel on the right, the equalizer is doing it's job. Park on a flat surface and see what happens. The only other possibility is that the trailer originally had two springs that were not the same length eye-to-eye and you now have two springs that are the same length.
