Alright update: Exhust was easy( I am trying to keep it simple and get in the water quick so I will stick to stock right now). The stern drive slide in no problem until the last about two inches. The splines are in the coupler on the back of the motor but it will not go any farther . When I turn the prop counter clockwise the coupler turns So I would think that it is splined up right is there any trick or is there something that I am missing?
