Hi, I’m plan to start looking into buying a different boat in the next few years. I was hoping to get some suggestions.

I was wondering if anyone knows what the smallest CC or smallest bow rider is that has some kind of cabin to sleep 2 adults 2 children…maybe for the weekend.

right now we have a 24’ CC. Everyone loves the deck space, I like to fish. But we would like to spend a night or two on it a couple times a year.

I appreciate any help and let me know if you have any questions.

thanks

Might be easier to stay at a hotel with a marina.

For a night ... we've slept in our van a time or two. Not fun, but did the trick. Overnight, for more than two, for a few days, and you want to enjoy it? I would think you'd be up in a 28' for that.

You want the smallest that you can sleep 4 people in, for a
couple of nights?
AND still have 4 happy people afterwards? That is if no one was thrown overboard.

If you want to "weekend" a few times a year, rent a houseboat.
Or a cabin on a lake, best of both worlds.

One person, or maybe two, ok, 4 - good luck.

It is my desire to never sleep on a boat again. You can get a lot of bodies in a small space if you design it right.berthing.jpg

Myself & a couple buddies of mine spent the night in a marina in his 22 ft CC because of a breakdown in Kingston, Ontario, too ****faced to find a motel room. They passed out in the cuddy, I spent the night in a sleeping bag on the deck, eaten alive by mosquitos.

Thanks for the memories.

The thought is to get one big enough…do they make a CC or Bow rider with a cabin?

They make many center console boats with cabins.

You are looking at 32 feet or larger to sleep 4

If you are looking at pocket cruisers, you can be in the 28 foot range

There are a few mid-cabin bow riders. Most in the 28-34 foot range. However only 2 can sleep in the cabin, anyone else will have to sleep on deck
