Need to replace retainer clip but cannot find number, please help?

Can someone tell me what this clip is exactly so I can replace it as I broke mine when trying to get the water pump housing out. It is in between 22 and 23 but has no number in this attached photo. Thank you for your help.

Looks like a C clip.

I can't find the part in my impeller kit - mine's a '72. Drawing does look like a C clip.
