Need to replace choke butterflies

I have a 1985 model, 2 stroke 150hp Yamaha (model 150ETLK) that has the spring loaded two part choke butterflies. I recently purchased the motor and about half of the choke pieces are missing on each carb. Went by the local parts place and they said they couldn't order the butterflies. How do I go about replacing these? I would prefer to replace them with the typical one piece butterflies instead.
