need to know Year of Johnson 3HP

I just got this from a friend and need to know the year. Johnson 3HP - Model #: JW19M and Serial #: B126080. It hasn't been running for 5 years, any pointers on getting it back to running condition? Where should I get a repair manual? Thanks

Welcome.<br />You have a 1964.Replace plugs and impeller.<br />The manual you need can be found on the bottom left part of this page.You should not be amazed if it just starts without any special treatment.These are good little engines.Don't forget to run it on a mixture of TCW3 oil and gasoline.1:32 will do nicely.

50:1 is the prescribed mix.<br /><br />Plugs are Champion J4C gapped at .030"<br /><br />Set points at .020"<br /><br />Good luck.
