yeah, i've spent plenty of time in port hueneme. know ventura county well enough. my opinion is not a bad place, weather is decent, but a bit pricey finding nice housing in a nice community close to the beach. but if i stay in, looks like the right career move. overseas is always an option and something i can do any time during my career. thanks-
