Need rubber friction fastener for Open bow seat ??????????

does anyone know where to find the rubber friction "latch" for securing the open bow seat custions? It is about 1 inch in diam. and the seat cushion has a male stud that snaps into the female that is screwed into the fiberglass under the cushion.

Have you tried a good hardware store????? Or make your own design.

No I have not. I figured maybe I could find them on line.
