Need lower unit rebuild kit...

Does anyone know a decent place to get a cheap rebuild kit for an '85 50hp Merc lower unit. I just spent $700 in upgrades (tach installed, depth finder, pontoon ladder, nav lights, hydrofoil, bigger tank, etc). Got it all installed and went to go the lake to test it out. Fired up the motor, let her warm up a bit, popped it in reverse and got nothing but RPM increase. Same with forward. Pulled the boat out and found shiny rings behind the prop dangling freely and saying "peek-a-boo" to me. Soo, my weekend just went straight down the can, and I need a rebuild kit. Any suggestions?

Let me know if this helps you any. Its going to BassPro on Monday, possibly repaired under a warranty claim. If not, Im going to do it. If you look closely at the last one, you can see one of the rings inside the shaft boot. I didnt have my tools with me, so I couldnt take the prop off. Can tomorrow if needed.
