Need identification help on 8hp suzuki

I have a 8hp Suzuki 2 stroke. I can't figure out what year it is. Only thing I know is its a DT8. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Here is a shot of the I.D Plate. None of the numbers match suzukis id's ?

The pic is a bit blurry, but that first stamped out number looks like a 6? If it is, then you have a 1986 model ...
