need help with a seat post

I have an old sea nymph that has 1 3/4" seat posts that have a threaded end. I'd like to get a longer post to make more of a leaning seat. Problem is that I can't find 1 3/4" posts. Am I looking for the right thing? this is what I have.

I think its time to update to a modern base and post.

I like the 238 bases for stability and removal of the pedestal.
