Need help quickly

I'm at a yard sale and a guy is selling a 14.5" 23p stainless steel prop. My question is how would that effect my boat that currently has a 15" 17p prop now? Boat is a 21 ft glastron with a 5.7merc and gen II drive

Ayuh,.... Odds are, yer motor won't be able to spin it....

If the prop you have now works right you would need a LOT more hp or so to turn the 23
