Need Help 2001 OCEAN PRO 200HP COIL PACK OR OTHER ISSUE?

I have 2001 Johnson Ocean Pro that is not runn well. Sometimes its spot on and other times its missing.... Facing head / rear of motor / port side, the left left bottom plug is black.... all the others are nice and tan. Spark check and no spark. Swapped wires and no spark. Swapped coils and the issues did not follow the coil so am I looking at the coil pack? All others fire fine. Need to fix immediately...please suggest

Seeing we're just guessing here and not doing the proper testing, I'd say a power pack or timer base.

Ive tried to find info on proper testing but most info Ive found pertains to older motors. Anyone know the proper procedures to check pack on 2001 Ocean Pro? Any links to step by step info? If I am looking at a coil pack, what does this part typically run $$?????? I have a trip to go out the middle of this week with family from out of state and deff dont want to have issues like this ...so trying to fix asap and will need parts just as fast lol
