need details on 70773S

I have just bought a Evinrude engine marked model number : 70773S and serial : B5347 I am looking to find as much detail about it as possible and obtain user and workshop manuals etc. I believe this model was made in Belgium? Its in the UK at any rate so any pointers to further info about it would be great. I think its a 1977 70HP model?
