need carb for 7.5 mercury

I need a carb for a 7.5hp mercury. Serial #A106145 part #1364-8783A14 WMB-4 stamped This is a mid 80 model motor. If anyone could give me some idea where to look I would be very greatful.

Have You no carb? I believe Those Carbs are inter changeable with so many mercs. from 3.9 to 9.8
got to do your homework. Online. Try oldmercs.com

I do have a local shop looking for a replacement carb. The one I have has one of the ears broke off and missing that holds the floats. The motor does run very well at idle speed, but the floats get stuck and floods out when I give it fuel. I have spent hours and hour searching different sites, including oldmerks and no luck.

I may be wrong, but think it is 7.5 - 9.8 Not sure of what years the same carb was used.

Everett, Give Neal a call at 734-379-9746 after 9am EST they have quite a few parts from older motors. I'm not sure if they ship, but he can tell you.
