What propeller do I need for my 1979 SRV220 228 Mercruiser I/O? Im looking for an aluminum OEM replacement. I dont know anything about this stuff. Please help me. Thanks in advance!!!! Its hard to read through the posts using a blackberry so thats why I'm posting a new thread. Top speed on the boat is around 33-34 mph

We need a lot more info; details on the boat, Weight etc.present prop size and present max rpm and speed.Max rated rpm.Typical load and activity.
If you can manage with your bb to read the stickies at the top of the page and the helps at the prop store page it will help you understand prop selection better.
