Thanks all for doing this for me........ Now thats some photo wizardry... This is what i need to make a decision before buying material.

But it's making it hard to take the plunge and pick a color. Ugh!

I like the black pads also......Yellow piping with it.

Just a suggestion here.....
I was watching a recent episode of ShipShape TV and they were showing you some seat upholstery material made by Sunbrella. It is not a vinyl and more like the canvas material. It's UV/mildew resistant, waterproof, etc. All the things Sunbrella is well known for. One of the big things about it was that for seats, it doesn't hold the heat like vinyl does, so you don't get a burnt bum or legs. I have no idea on costs, but if that material was up for consideration, then you could actually use a Black. Maybe worth checking out materials before you decide on the design.
