I am rebuilding a 1977 16' Landau aluminum bass boat. I have recieved a lot of info from this site (transom, rivets, outboard, etc.). I have decided to replace the carpet with the nautolex vinyl flooring. However, I cannot determine the best adhesive to attach the vinyl to the aluminum floor. It is unclear to me if the Nautolex No. 88 adhesive can be used on aluminum. Does anybody have any experience with vinyl to aluminum adhesives?
