Looks like the Dawn tires lasted till about lap 180. Running on low tread seems to have adverse results.

The results on the RD 140 Systems anti collision system was dismal. The override switch failed on 2 of my teams, they definitely ran slow. The anti collision failed during the GWC attempt and sent 2 other cars backwards in the field.

Was hoping for a better result running with the new sponsors equipment. I'll be looking for new sponsors to try and find the winners edge.

Nice job Jip, QC and FC.

Every time I look at the FL results, QC gets closer to Jip. First it was 6 1/2 point difference, then 5 1/2 and now 3 1/2. Who knows how this will turn out by Tuesday. LOL

Now 2 1/2 points.

I watched the end of the race again today. Nothing changed.:blue:

They are sure beating up on #4.

I'm still not clear on what caused the #48 and #42 to spin on the first Non GWC. Was that and attempt at the same thing the #4 did?

People were playing games yesterday, the deals were made and the deeds were done, just as it has the last few years.

The other thing I found interesting was on the second restart Gordon was pushing Logano, but Keso wasn't pushing Jr.

Made the difference in who won IMO.

Have to give Jr credit for accepting the finish, the rules and how it played out.

Nascar has finished their review of the race finish evidence and here is the complete list of penalties;

That's going to calm everyone down. LOL

Along with the penalties, FL also made the race results official. With all the post-race points finally locking, Mr. Jip did hold off QC by 2.5 points to take home his 3rd :first: of the season. Congrats, Jip.

On the overall leaderboard side with the Dawn tire treatment, special tires, BBQ sauce dispensers and probably a nail or two - The standings were loosened up some in FlaCowboy's favor. His gap over 64osby is now 243 points., a gain (FC) or loss (64) of 83 points.

We continue at Martinsville with Cup and Trucks. X-Men are off for the 2nd race weekend, returning at Texas.

So much for my buddy osby pushing me to the front! I was leading before the mess started, only to finish 10th! I see how it is, I push him ahead of Cowboy one race and he sandbags me the next! And Humpty doesn't issue any fines! What is going on here! I am yelling FOUL! Go ahead, haul me off to the hauler, I am just calling it like I see it! BBQ sauce EVERYWHERE! Rib bones littering the track. Osby and the Urban Cowboy are up to something (hope there is no brokeback mountain type stuff going on), I tell ya! Come on, Humpty! Don't you see?!?!:D:D:D

I wonder if Humpty has the same power as my favorite Commish - Roger Goodell? Might need to watch more tape and listen to more radio communications. Or is that :deadhorse:? :biggrin1:

spect, Your full of sour grapes. You didn't hold up your end, your pre-race PM said you would take a certain someone and ":bump2:'em into the wall".

I was pushing we just happened to be at the back of the line , your ugly paint colors are still on my bumper. Note the 11th place finish of mine. :ballchain:

You come near my trailer again making those brokeback comments :argue: and I might just give you a shunch or two. :fencing:

Stay tuned for Survivor Nascar on your local NBS station. :becky:
