The big game here, according to a friend who rents is to find a 3 bedroom Duplex. Put in in Section 8 and watch the money roll in. Evidently 3 bedroom housing is very rare in section 8. He said he has had the same families in he two different duplexes for years.<br /><br />I had a wise old man once tell me that if you rented property you should always keep the water in your name. An eviction can take 60-90 days, if they are late paying he cuts the water off. Then calls the health dept. to report unsaintary conditions in the house. 48 hours later, no deadbeat renters.
