when i go out to my first hole, fish a while, and<br />go to start my engine its flooded out so i clear out the carb and its fine, and after that it starts fine the rest of the day
Sounds like a mercury...... Could be your carb floats. Takes a while for the fresh gas to soften up those neoprene seats on the floats. If it continues to be a problem, I would kit the carbs.
