I have a 2000 25hp 3cylinder Johnson long shaft. It use to stay straight when trolling. Now the motor goes left and boat goes right when I let go of handle. Is there a way to fix this so I can get it back too straight

It is normal for motors with right hand props to pull to the right. There should be a small fin above and behind the prop that is adjustable. Turn it CCW to lessen or remove the pull to the right.

I assume your motor is a 4 stroke. If not a model# would be very helpful

There should be a Friction Adjustment on the Swivel Bracket #23

I think found your screw. It broke with hardly any pressure at all. I'm assuming that it's still fine too use ?

I'm assuming it's 72 that I broke. I think I'm will just leave things alone before I really brake something

Or I guess 65 would be the bolt 75 would be the spring
The spring #72 looks Ok but you appear to have sheared the head off the screw #65. Perhaps you will be able to grab hold of the remaining bit of the screw with vice grips and remove it. Then it's just a question of sourcing a replacement screw locally.
