Got another. For plot reasons, I need to have buoys (cheap commonplace types) used to mark locations on a seabed. I need rope (polypro?) attachments, that are connected to some sort of bottom anchorage by something like a carabiner.
The whole thing should be as cheap and low-tech as possible.
Is there anything like this setup? Is it plausible?
