Cross posted.My other thread got off track. My 6hp is labeled 6702D-E01598 on the freeze plug on the power head,I cant get anything to come back on it. I could use a little help.Thanks-B

It is a 1967, six horsepower Evinrude. EO1598 is the serial number. Made in Milwaukee, WI. Is that what you are looking for?

Yes,but I can not get a parts list to come up here or in other places. Can I order from a 1968 model 6 hp list?

What are you motor section looking for? I have a parts book

1)plug boots and springs
2)tune up kit
3)impeller kit with gasket for under the impeller plate
4) water tube grommets
5)fill/drain plug gaskets

OR, yes the 1968 would be the same for the parts you listed. Either way will work
