doe's anyone know if it is a big job to replace the shaft on this motor? it has a 45inch shaft and I would like a longer one. thanks jerry

I was looking for some info on taking a Minn Kota apart and found this on Youtube. It will show you how to replace shaft. Be sure to read the comments posted about the video as you may not need to do as much as the poster did. Good Luck.
