Milky looking oil in exhaust

I have used sea foam Last year in a 50 GAL GAS tank and now I'm still seeing a lot of milky looking oil comming from the exhaust. Is this normal this motor.The motor is a ,
1999 / 115 Evinrude.O.B :/
