Mildew on cover

I have a lot of mildew on my boat cover. I tried bleach but that really didn't remove it. What does anyone suggest I use to remove it ?

Sometimes, even though the mildew is gone, the stain remains. It doesn't take a lot of bleach to remove the mildew, but you may have to soak it for a while. The stains may never come out. Others may have some suggestions.
