if you find particles after a rebuild that can be felt and not just seen re-evaluate your block cleaning methods. occasionally in good light at the first oil change you may see a bit, but any the size you could feel means it was not cleaned properly before assy. thats why a few hours with a rifle brush,dawn dish soap and plenty of hot water is mandatory.<br /> I wash them after vatting and again after any machineing and again before assy. about the same with a two stroke. cant get them clean enough.
