In layman's terms how to adjust throttle cam roller, not getting wot and any other adjustments after , timing, idle , mixture bogging down throttle up thanks

Get the Correct Service Manual for your Engine. Stay away from 3rd Party Manuals that aren't even good for Outhouse usage, and I'm not referring to reading

Start with a compression test.----Post your numbers.----Then check for strong spark on each lead.

Have 132 lbs each cylinder and new CDMS , New stator, New trigger, rebuilt fuel pump and carburetor and my manual is a Seloc Mercury 2 stroke 2001 to 2014 , 2.5 hp to 250 hp 1 to 4 cylinder ? Is there a better manual ? This one is not real clear

Yeah, a Factory Manual. The one you are looking at, is one of the ones that aren't even good for Toilet Paper

Without the manual in front of me, and trying to wing it, I could end up giving you the wrong procedure, thereby pooching your engine.

All of those procedures need to be done in a specific order. Screw one up and you start over. Those procedures are far too complicated and wordy to expect someone to type here.
