Looking for some guidance on a 2007 Mercury 90 HP ELPTO 2 stroke carburetors, just purchased it. Runs rough at start up, maybe more than normal smoke, shakes a bit and has a miss at high speeds. Run fresh gas with seaform in it for approximately 45 minutes no change. Changed the plugs and checked the fuel filter it was clean. Compression is 120, 121 and 120. Have not purchased a Shop Manual yet, does anyone have any experience and/or suggestions?
