I found a youtube video that helped me out. If I can find the link to it again I'll share it. As for disassembly I didn't have instructions. I know once you get it off the motor. There's the pulley you have to get off. Below that there is a spring clip, and bearing and below the bearing is a nut. At least that what it was in my case. The rotor itself is actually part of the shaft so don't try to take that off or your hose the whole thing up.
