mercury 35 problem.. HELP!!

i have a 1986 mercury 35 and i put muffs on and nothing is coming out of the pee hole.i put it in a bucket of water and still nothing.i do feel air coming out of the pee hole.

try to insert something in the hole and make sure there is no clog carefully not to damage pipe if this doesnt work time for impellar
