Mercury 15 lower unit where to find one?

I've been looking off and on since early spring for a lower unit on a 1993 Mercury 2 stroke 15hp short shaft. It seems extemely rare in my area. Where could I find one used?

What happened to the original lower end? The problem IS. 1993 is actually pretty new, to find used lower ends, most are still running.
And you are in Quebec.
